Shipping Policy

1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping fee varies based on where you are shipping to, and how many items in your cart. You can see an estimate of your shipping fee before proceeding to checkout. The exact cost will be updated for you on the checkout page.
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and number of the packages in your order. Larger items and any other items will incur a surcharge. Total shipping charges will be shown on the checkout page.

Most of our items will charge $6.5 for domestic (US) shipping and $9.5 for international shipping.

2. WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We ship to over 200 countries.

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

The actual shipping time may vary depending on the local postal service where you are, but you can expect delivery within the next normal shipping time of

– Handle time: 1-3 business days.

– Shipping time for USA: 3-9 business days.

– Shipping time for international: 7-21 business days.

4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not allow you to ship products to multiple addresses for a single order because the order will process only once and figure out what needs to be shipped where. If you’d like to order different products to different addresses, make sure to order the second product separately with an expedited delivery since the time taken is usually an issue with these type of orders.

5. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Please note that we can only ship to a PO Box. We cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

6. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

All fees, customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. For more details, visit your local customs office.

7. THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

We are unable to make changes to an order which has already been shipped. This includes the address, phone number and email the customer provided when they placed the order. If you make a mistake while placing an order, please be sure to review your personal information at the time of checkout to ensure that any changes do not delay delivery of your order. Please contact our customer care team for further assistance with any problems you experience with your order.

Our goal is to ship your order within 30 days of receiving your order.
