I wanted to visit the headquarters so I could better understand the company’s goals and values. I learned that they want to be the leader in providing printing products in the US and European markets, and they want to provide fashion products with a unique design at a low price.

I made some mistakes as a new PM. And I learned from them. One of the mistakes I made was not being clear enough about our values and goals. Value:

I didn’t get a chance to write anything last time I was on Medium, but I wanted to keep you guys updated on what I’ve been doing at work. A big mistake I made was not being clear about my company’s values and goals. It’s fundamental because it creates trust with customers—especially new ones who don’t yet know us very well. We value product quality, supportive staff and modern printing technology.
